Participating teams are asked to submit several materials before the event. Please make sure to meet the deadlines listed below. FYI you need a gmail account, sorry.
First deliverables
Project description, team logo & team photo
By ASAP , each participating team should submit the following materials:
- A short project description
- Your team logo
- A team photo

Second deliverable
Team presentation
By July 7, 2026 , each team should submit their presentation.
- Please upload your team presentation.
- The expected presentation length is approximately 7 minutes .

Third deliverable
Project poster
By Friday, July 11, 2026 , each team should prepare a project poster.
- Please prepare a project poster.
- The poster must be handed in on site — no upload is required.
